Let's Talk about a spill response solution

For 32 years, I have watched many professionals and non-professionals try to protect the beach with a containment boom. My concern is, I have yet to see it work.

It seems as if we have accepted failure because we keep doing it.

why is that?

My best guess would be because in the past the industry has known of no other way to truly protect a beach from a spilled product.

I do know and understand things must be done to leave a vision within the public eyes by doing something, as something is always better than doing nothing at all.
