Let's talk robotics with Gail Bray

Today my guest is Gail Bray, the Director of Wyndham Tech School, a role she fills with enthusiasm, passion and a lot of energy!

Gail has twenty years experience in leading innovative start-up projects and building high performing teams with a track record for delivering results. She is highly skilled in strategic thinking, project management, course design and digital technologies and she enjoys working with stakeholders in both education and industry settings to transform learning by building on the good work of the past, updating and relaunching for the 21st century learner. 

Wyndham Tech School is part of 10 tech schools in Victoria where the Directors regularly meet to collaborate and leverage of each other learnings. Gail is very enthusiastic about our youth - recognising their adaptability and fearlessness! Communication skills are important going forward - we can teach technical skills but we can’t teach curiosity, good communication and drive!

Gail’s credo is “I don’t have all the answers” - but trust your instinct and don’t fear failure! Take risks - that’s where the magic happens!

Gail was also a co-chair on the Education workshop for the robotics roadmap for Australia 2020.
