I am sure last weekend went by like a blur. Mine did too. It was said that we need three day weekends, and four day work weeks. I am beginning to believe this to be true.
I have sent quite a few emails recently about the 10th Annual Strength and Conditioning/Athletic Development Conference on July 15 and 16.
