This award recognises organisations or individuals that facilitate, participate and enable community engagement, demonstrating the power of giving back.

We have demonstrated this through ?our ‘Commitment to Community’ pledge which we launched earlier in 2024.

We were delighted to have received this award and our Commitment to Community will continue! ?

Our commercial team has had a busy few weeks helping clients across the whole of West Yorkshire.

KELLY Smith

Heading up the commercial recruitment team, Kelly still often recruits for a number of clients and this month has seen her working with a number of locally based businesses. Payroll Assistant, Weekend Receptionist and Operation Assistant are a selection of roles that have been successfully placed by Kelly this month.

TERRI Rochelle Ward

Terri looks after our Wakefield and Leeds based clients and loves anything to do with the creative sector. Terri has successfully recruited for a Compliance Administrator, Health and Safety Administrator and First Line IT. ?

Marta Rybak

Marta is a multi-sector recruiter with experience in the Industrial, Commercial and Logistics sector. Marta has assisted a long standing client of ours with three Wood Production Operatives and a 7.5 tonne driver.

Karen Wilson

Karen looks after clients in Huddersfield and Halifax and more recently, has started helping South Yorkshire based businesses. ?Her roles this month have included Service Design Data Officer, Customer Experience Advisor and HSEQ Manager.

Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) compliance test passed compliance test passed!

As part of our ongoing Corporate Membership with the REC - ?the professional body in the UK for the recruitment industry, we have to complete an annual assessment which covers compliance, legislation, customer service and staff development. ?

In order to maintain the Corporate recognition and the REC approved stamp, a pass rate of 80% is expected and Juice Personnel passed with flying colours again, obtaining an 85% pass grade.

We endeavor to provide our Clients with a first class service and by adhering to the REC’s code of conduct and practice and by taking these assessments regularly, we are delivering the best service we can.

Commitment to Community in September!

Juice Personnel are committed to supporting our local community whether that be through grass roots sponsorships, volunteering days or challenging our teams to take

part in fundraising events.

This months ‘Commitment to Community’ saw our MD Kelly Smith along with many other Wakefield based businesses take part in the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice annual Dragon Boat race at Pugney's, Wakefield.

Thirty-Four people from We are Wakefield took part in the race which was great fun albeit hard-work and very, very cold and in total the team contributed a staggering ￡4000 out of the total ￡20k raised on the day.

It was great fun and Kelly has already signed up to next years event!

Helen Chadwick

In July, Helen started her Sales Executive role at one of our long standing clients.

Starting out on a temp to perm contract, she has done exceptionally well and this has lead to her having a permanent contract within the team.

Helen has been a dream to work with and is naturally friendly and a welcoming team member that works her hardest in this opportunity she has been given.
