This year seems to be flying by! Over the past month or so I’ve changed up my routine and I’m loving it ??

Today we're talking about the gender pay gap, growing as an individual and client green flags.

1 in 2 women feel they’ve had their pain ignored or dismissed because of their gender.

It’s great to see Nurofen addressing this and pushing for change??

Their first Gender Pain Gap Index report found that a gender pain gap has been affecting women for decades.

They are committed to drive awareness and make those within the medical profession evaluate their processes and biases.
