In October, we updated our systems to enable customers to start making their boiler claims online. By making this change, along with many others, we’ve seen a huge improvement in the customer journey.

Our average calls per claim are down a whopping 41%, while our abandoned call rate has seen a phenomenal reduction - going from 39% to a mere 0.92%.

Our average time from our customers making a claim, to getting an engineer out to their property has been reduced by 81% - we’re taking action and getting the issues resolved much quicker than before.
