If you're anything like me, the onset of peri/menopause may have taken you by surprise. Those unexpected hot flashes, mood swings, fatigue, and the feeling that your head might just detach from your neck—it's a journey many of us are navigating, often unprepared.
I vividly remember a moment during a family vacation in North Carolina when it struck me that things weren't "business as usual." It was at that point that I decided to take control of my menopause, rather than allowing it to control me. I embarked on a journey of discovery, spending years researching the right foods, lifestyle adjustments, and herbal, vitamin, and mineral supplements that helped me avoid traditional hormone replacement therapy. I became a true biohacker, dedicating my days to understanding the inner workings of my body, exploring nutritional, medical, philosophical aspects, and leveraging the latest technologies.
The choice to transform menopause into one of the most empowering and fulfilling phases of my life was not always easy, but it was undeniably worth it. My 50s proved be better than my 30s ever were, and at 64, I look and feel better than I did at 24. The journey required hard work and courage, but just ask my patient and understanding husband—it was absolutely worth it.

During this transition, everything comes into play and creating real balance becomes key.
One crucial lesson from my journey is the importance of seeking help and being clear about how you're feeling. You're not alone in this, and asking for help is a courageous step toward reclaiming your vitality and sensuality.
