1.??They can be sandwiched between products stacked on pallets to protect them.

2.??Perfect as eco-friendly packing material, layer pads can be wrapped around items as they’re packaged to stop them moving around during transit and for extra protection.

Our range includes four types of layer pad which can be used to keep products safe and secure. They’re also easy to fold or cut to size for whatever you need to use them for.

? Euro Layer Pad.

Perfect for layering up products onto euro pallets, these 24x32” boards are lightweight and ideal for protecting goods from damage.

12x12” Layer Pad.

This size of layer pad is perfect for adding inside our vinyl LP packaging to keep vinyl records safe. It’s also the perfect size to wrap around bottles of wine.

A3 Layer Pad.

As the name suggests A3 Layer pads can protect items that are 17x12” or A3 sized, including picture frames and certificates. They also work well for segregating goods in transit and can be folded inside boxes to give individual goods extra protection.

A4 Layer Pads.

Product packing, stacking and separation is quick and easy with these A4 layer pads that easily slot under or around products. It gives a simple product packing solution to keep products safe and secure.
