Let's Talk!

We’re heading into our eighth month of our Facebook Live Q&A events, and we’re thrilled to see so many people taking advantage of it.

We started these at the beginning of the year because we realized how beneficial it could be to make our Talent Acquisition team available to people looking to launch careers at Northside - or anywhere else for that matter.

These sessions are beneficial to job seekers because they give them the chance to ask questions and get advice they couldn’t get in many other settings. And the tips they get come directly from people with vast experience in hiring, especially for health care jobs.

The sessions benefit our teams as well. By interacting directly with those searching for careers, we get to hear what their concerns are. It helps us be more responsive to anyone seeking to join the Northside family and it also gives us a first hand picture of what current job candidates are searching for and what issues and questions they have.

These sessions have grown each month since we started them in January, we’re happy to help take out some of the uncertainties that come with any job search. 

The next Q&A event happens Aug. 15, and features Recruiter Jenn. We’re looking forward to hearing from all of you who would like to join us and we’re anxious to talk more with some of our future colleagues!
