Let’s talk about performance, the right type of performance the one that produces energy, flexibility, endurance, stamina and ultimately great focus.

Your Gut & Poop has a lot to do with how your body functions and performs.

Question:

Your body is like a fine-tuned automobile

  • Do you know how to take care of it?
  • Are you checking it every day?
  • Do you have the right mechanic to help it perform better?

If you own a car, I guarantee, you are checking the oil and changing it on time, I can guarantee you are putting the right type of fuel in your tank, to achieve the correct performance.

The question is, why are we not doing the same with our bodies?

Why are we not checking the oil, and why are we not putting the right fuel in our human body to produce the right performance that we rightfully deserved to have?

It’s simple!! "We are not mechanics, we are not doctors, and we certainly did not go to school to study how to do it".

We work from a frame of reference, provided to us by years and years of mindsets and ideas. Our past family thought it was right for them. These generations of loved-ones that we trusted, only exist in your past!! I want you to know, it has not their fault, they simply did not know how to provide you with the right tools for you to perform differently.

It is NOT the genetic composition of your body that creates what you have. The reason you feel like you do is because you have manifested and created more than 90% of it yourself. You cannot blame anybody else! like your mom, your dad, your grandfather oh any one else. You know what I'm talking about, they had it now I have it, and now I have to live with it. "This is not true!" The sooner you realize this, the faster it will be for you make a change.

There's an old saying, you can't keep doing the same things over and over again and expecting change to happen. I believe that is a good way to reach insanity. "For to happen we need to change"

Why is POOP so important

  • Do check it every day?
  • Do You actually see what color it is?
  • Do you see the density of it?
  • Is it soft?
  • Is it hard?
  • And most important how much of it comes out of you every day, do you know?

These are questions you need to ask yourself and if you can’t answer, I would suggest that you find somebody that can.

Always remember… what goes in, has to come out. How it comes out is very important, because it gives you an indication how your body is performing.

A good indicator for every normal human being is 2 feet a day, if you’re not clearing 2 feet a day you are plugged up. If you’re plugged up? I assure you that you have one major challenge. If you don’t have it now you will have it later in your life.

Trust me, over-the-counter solutions, are not good for you. The only solution is the right food and plant-based diet is generally the best solution best.

Successful treatment of constipation can be achieved not only with medication but also with lifestyle changes, including a proper diet. Diets including fruits, fluids, and probiotics are good for constipation.
