Spot on Michael B. Clegg! I didn't find the ever-unpopular "Mushroom Management" style on your list. ?? Another ineffective style that I've encountered, is "MBWT" - Management by Wishful Thinking. Not sure who the original creators are of those 2 bad boss labels? Here's a link to a 2005 article in CIO Insights on the MBWT term, but quite certain I'd heard this acronym used earlier: https://www.cioinsight.com/news-trends/management-by-wishful-thinking-is-more-common-than-youd-wish-to-think/#:~:text=Too%20many%20executives%20with%20control,have%20been%20spent%20wisely%20elsewhere.
