Let’s not take the 'Leadership' as just another job profile

It was just a thought when I noticed number of entrepreneurs trying to pull up their socks to make their team as a best and fruitful. Most of them are doing good (or their best) and few are chasing down that level to achieve, but that’s just a part of spirit.

The major concern about the success and justice of being someone at Leadership role (not only for entrepreneurial) is a metric which directly derived from the success of the business they’re leading to. Of course, in larger chunk this held correct, but on a fewer scenarios it’s also important on how they’ve capitalized the leadership qualities to ensure the driving seat for their team, and a long-term execution plans.

So far the things didn’t get screwed up, people tend to follow ‘let-it-be’ behavior. This is a place where Leader comes in and says, ‘yeah’ it does looking to be normal but I can sense the risk in this silence and will surely fix it up. Leading a team or a group isn’t just the matter of age or experience, it aligns with how one has been cultivated, what are the measures he/she scales his/her people, thinking about them in a bigger horizon and start working according to plus points or potentials with somebody.

We must have heard often "if a company is growing, everybody is growing". At a very granular level of thinking, it works as "if everybody is growing independent and making their success in respective expertise, every success plan for an organization succeed". It highly depends upon who is motivating you, who is thinking for you, who has a vision for a great future for everyone. And it automatically simplifies the things for a larger chunk.

Fortunately, I haven't end up with the problems of such an inefficient Leadership team. But have seen few folks being suffering from this trauma where they don't get any clue to whose footsteps they've to follow for their career scale & long term success.

Let’s not wait for somebody coming at you and tell your leadership loopholes. Start delivering!! :D
