Business ownership by women was up almost 30% from 2019 to 2021… a boom driven by the pandemic. 2021 was also a record year for new businesses, with 5.4MM businesses started in the US alone.??

Wage equality increased marginally for women in 2022, however, data still shows that it will be approximately 151 years to close it. With more VPs and female managers exiting the workforce than ever before, we believe more strongly than ever that putting our attention, time, and resources into female business owners is crucial for closing the WEALTH gap.

That’s why at Female Founder Collective, we launched The 10th House - our private membership community - as it is scientifically proven that a diverse community of like-minded women can help defeat the impacts of bias.?
