Let's Stop Booing!
Canadians let’s stop booing when our Neighbour’s National Anthem is sung. It is the National Anthem of family and friends. Most of them are as dismayed as we are by the antics of their President and his facilitators.?
We, especially our political leaders, have been naive to think that a country with less than ? of 1 percent of the world’s population can defend its sovereignty and claim to about 6.1 percent of world’s land surface and roughly 7% of the world’s renewable fresh water, while spending less than 1.5 percent of our GDP on our military.?

The CF-105 Arrow was a supersonic interceptor jet designed and built by Avro Canada in the 1950s. It was one of the most advanced aircraft of its time, capable of reaching speeds of Mach 2 (twice the speed of sound) and flying at altitudes exceeding 50,000 feet. The Arrow was intended to serve as the primary interceptor for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) to counter potential Soviet bomber threats during the Cold War.
Unfortunately, the project was abruptly canceled in 1959 by the Canadian government, leading to the destruction of all existing prototypes and tooling. This decision remains a topic of debate and controversy among historians and aviation enthusiasts.

Canada must rebuild its resilience, starting with an education system that provides its children with an opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills and experience necessary for success.?
As much as we are a peace loving and welcoming nation, we must be aware of history, current events around the world, and the consequences of authoritarianism and its ongoing threat.?
