Additionally, the UAE ranks first in the Arab world in the Global Labour Resilience Index 2024 and it’s ranked third globally in the main labour index according to the World Competitiveness Booklet 2024. Worldwide Dubai and Abu Dhabi are ranked third and fourth globally according to the Global Talent Analysis by TotalJobs 2024. There are additional bonus systems and rankings in key indicators which make it very attractive to work in the UAE.

?? Diriyah Co., the Saudi development company, announced the groundbreaking of 8 new hotels in November during FII8 in Riyadh. This will include the Baccarat Hotel, the Corinthia Hotel and the Armani Hotel amongst other well-known names.
?? King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) announced a 3.6 kilometre monorail project which will transform transport in the city, contributing to the vision of creating a smart, connected city with eco-friendly mobility. KAFD is spanning 1.6 million square metres and is Saudi Arabia’s first vertical city, home to 95 buildings including office space, residences, commercial and retail areas as well as hospitality and entertainment venues.
???Riyadh Air hasn’t even been launched and it makes a big splash. During FII8 Adam Boukadida announced that the new airline just secured an order for 60 Airbus A321 aircrafts, valued at over US$15 billion at list price. The airline plans to have their operations going in the second half of 2025. In a second announcement the cooperation with Saudi Aramco in low-carbon fuel supply was secured in a memorandum of understanding.?
????♂? A new trend is promising to be very lucrative: Health and Wellness are expected to be worth $1.1 trillion by 2025 for Saudi.

???According to the Telegraph Travel World’s Best Airline, 3 Middle East airlines are under the Top 10 with Emirates coming first, Qatar Airways second and Etihad 9th. With Oman Air and Saudia, there are two more airlines from the region under the Top 20.?
??? Speaking of opportunities….? overall there are building projects in the Middle East worth US$3.9 trillion. The GCC alone has a project pipeline in excess of US$ 2.7 trillion with Saudi Arabia comprising US$1.5 trillion of those. (Numbers according to reports from Build Well, JLL and MEED)

???According to a report from Knight Frank, the London-based real estate consultancy, Riyadh will grow from 7 million residents in 2022 to 9.6 million by 2030. The city’s population will comprise 4.1 million Saudis and 5.5 million expatriates. This means they need an extra 305,000 housing units for Saudi nationals to conform to the targets of the Vision 2030.?
