Let's Sell Like Crazy!

Let's sell like crazy! We all want to make sales and we all want to get our martial arts school up and booming with business every step of the way! Now, when it comes to the very end of summer, you're probably thinking where is all my cash flow leaving to? After all, the summer camp was an extra $30,000 for you this summer! So what is it that we can do now? 

Don't worry! What we must do at this point (if you haven't done this already as i can imagine you might not have yet) is collect their emails! If you already had that at this point then skip the reasons why! But there are a million reasons why to do this! 

1. Keep up with them, if this did not reach your mind yet, then the next point is going to change your life.

2. You can sell them things through email marketing! As long as you get them to know you within the first few emails through your beginning sequence (usually 4 or 5 emails, you'll be amazed! An email is worth $1 a day!

So let's say that you collected all their emails, and some stay and the majority go. Later on you can keep in touch with their parents per specials you have boot camps, events, and amazon affiliate links you have per season! You could sell weight loss products, you could bring them to videos you made, you can ask for good reviews and testimonials, and you can even get them to buy special products from clickbank.com! All since you have a point of contact with them!

This would result in none other than sales, but I want you guys to understand something. Only 2% of people are actually going to buy. Yes, only 2% of people are actually going to buy from you at all times, the rest are going to have to 'think about it.' Now this snowballs, once they buy then you can continue selling and re-continue selling, and getting more emails until you have 2 separate list. One with serious buyers, and one with people on the fence!

This is why I initially created a business scaling program just for martial arts schools in general. Since I noticed how the vast majority of martial arts school at the top of google were throwing away tons of money on ads, and SEO, and not even following up with their people, I decided to provide a way a dojo could reach out to people who were already very ready to start training but who didn't buy from them in the first place. Kind of like how when you go to the mall, and someone comes and asks you to buy a perfume! You really like the perfume, but to be honest you did not budget a perfume or cologne in your head before you went there and so that would fall under your 'too much money right now, or your I'll think about it' thoughts. 

However, if you see that perfume lady trying to sell you the same perfume 2 and 3 times at the mall, then you would say Bob's your uncle let me give it a shot right? This works the same way. 

At the moment I want you to understand one thing- following up is the most important thing you can be doing. So you have to say consistent! And to attract people in to buying from you and becoming familiar with you, you're going to use what I like to call a front end funnel. A front end funnel would basically be a front end offer. You make a page with a headline that would make them curious, a little sales video you recorded from your phone selling the product, and then you ask them to buy! No matter how cheap it is, you can add a little order bump to the form once they've already inserted their credit card number and it would be another offer that would complement your last one! An up sell! 

All together there are many different services that could help you do this, my favorite one is clickfunnels, a very popular funnel software, but to be honest you can have the same thing from elementor if you have a website with wordpress already. Elementor is an extemely easy to use and free website template, and of course like wordpress really counts for your SEO. Kind of like how your reputation amongst your friends would be YOUR REPUTATION. But click funnels makes your reputation someone else's reputation, so when people think about you they think about what your friend said about you. 

So now you got your serious buyers, what do you do now? Well now you have a back end offer! As a martial arts dojo your back end offer might be private lessons with you. For more one on one time, or maybe they might be going into a deeper intensive with extra classes, the possibilities are virtually endless, but the whole point is to make your time more valuable. As a master, stop working so hard, and put your energy into becoming more valuable.

In the movie 'The 36th chamber of shaolin' the master was un reachable! Yes, the main character had many professors, but before he got to the 35th chamber he had to pass 34 chambers right before! Think about your business this way from now on. If you remove yourself from the picture, and you add a system of people below you, then your business could be would be virtually worth millions were students could pay you a virtually unlimited amount of money for your back end offer!
