Let’s Realize More of our Massive Potential

As I begin my term as Global Chair for EO, I’m reflecting on our EO core values and their meaning.?Think Big be Bold, Trust and Respect, Thirst for Learning, and Together We Grow are the pillars on which I intend to guide the board to support operational excellence across the globe.?My vision is to enhance those products and services that deliver top notch member value. EO’s personal, family and business learning and development opportunities are second?to none.?I’ll be thrilled to offer the gift of EO to more business owners in markets that we currently serve and explore those with the potential to become new ones for EO.

Perhaps that is what I’m looking forward to most in my new role:?to make meaningful impact for every member, every entrepreneur, every employer, brand builder, and community leader this organization touches.?We have the chance to change the world through cascading ripples, one by one.?EO is the platform that unlocks the full potential and focuses on ways that each of us can uniquely move the world forward.?

EO has helped me realize my why: to help people realize their full potential and live their best lives. This is a guiding principle in all aspects of my life – in my business, in the nonprofit I run to support youth in greater Cincinnati, in my family, and now in EO – to bring people together, empower those around me and speak up for the voiceless.??

There is so much ahead.?We are just getting started.?I’m filled with hope for what we can do together through elevating our operations, making us the best we can be for the 18,000 + members in our EO community.?Collectively we impact communities through 220 chapters in 75 countries.??

Eleanor Roosevelt said: “The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for a newer and richer experience. “?

I truly believe that people are driven more by our hopes than our fears. This message was central to my keynote on stage at our Global Leadership Conference in April. And so, Mrs. Roosevelt’s message resonates with me as I take on this new experience of leading our board and serving our global community.

I am driven by a deep commitment to navigate the complexities of the global landscape through the lens of EO’s core values. By embracing a culture that encourages continuous learning, nurtures personal and collective growth, builds trust, and respects diversity, we will forge a path towards a brighter future for our organization and the communities we serve.?Together, we will continue our leadership journey in pursuit of achieving, not only our goals, but inspiring others to follow in our footsteps.?
