Lets promote diversity.

It has been a while since I wrote an article, I do have a question for all my colleagues or whoever comes across this article how do you promote diversity in your workplace do you teach your children to accept diversity or do you just have certain areas where certain people just happen to encourage you not to be biased when it comes to social norms. Are you accceptable of social norms, do you feel a millionaire should be in a suit and tie. or just regular clothes. I remember when I met the founder of southwest airlines he came in starbucks asked everyone for a quarter only had t shirt and sandals on left the store for 30 minutes came back in a suit and tie gave everyone that gave him a quarter 100 dollars parked his porch outside the store. I have been at the top come from a good family very succcessful parents but i feel the ones that are less fortunate are more appreciative of noodles than prime rib. 200 for a piece of prime rib thats only going to last for a day or 200 box of noodles that i can live off of months and save my money and maybe buy some business cards, or someone a nice gift.
