In a world where the effects of the cost of living crisis is literally crippling people, why don't we show how much we value our colleagues by investing their future and in furthering their skills?
To make that idea of a brighter future seem possible, where pay rises can be looked forward to with the development of skills.
We can all get involved in donating to charity or to food banks- which we should continue doing, but should we not be addressing the real issue here? People are not earning enough, and with skills come better wages, if we can support then shouldn't we?
