Every single human being , at any point in their life, has access to a superpower.
Here are some folks who used it, Mahatma Gandhi, Donald Trump, Barrack Obama, Narendra Modi, Adolf Hitler.
Articulation. Whether you use this super power in a positive or negative way, this super power is available.
What is it? Fancy way of saying giving a speech?
Articulation is the sum total of two components.
1) The ability to develop a message, which people resonate with.
2) The ability to communicate this message in a manner which people can action it.
Point number (2) , can be achieved in a variety of ways. The best way, I might be biased, would be to join the Mumbai Toastmasters and work on your public speaking skills in a wonderful environment.
What about point (1) ?
The biggest complaint we hear even when asked to speak, is what should we speak about? How do I hold audience attention? Why would anyone listen to me?
In a world which is getting increasingly polarized, developing your own viewpoints and being able to communicate it where both sides of the equation would listen to you, is the superpower akin, to the arrival of the Chosen One.

Write down three things, which you would defend with your life. No one is allowed to make fun of this. Maybe its your country, your religion, your sexual orientation, your family, money. Maybe all of them. Pick three.
Done?
Now, hold your finger pointing up to the sky.
Use that finger to point at any one thing from what you have written.
Now laugh. Laugh for a full 10-15 seconds.
Why did we do this ridiculous exercise?
If you do not have the ability to laugh at your self, you will never be able to develop a sense of humor. If you do not develop a sense of humor you will not be able to develop any content which people around you want to listen to.
If you take yourself seriously, then everything around you becomes serious. Then the manner in which you communicate becomes more as an activism, anger and outrage.
When you stop doing so, and learn to laugh at yourself, the same events become fodder for reflection, correction and learning.
That right there, is the source of point (1) above.
In the world we live in today, where all technical information is available with remarkable ease, how do you develop content which anyone would like to consume? The only uniqueness left, is our own experiences, perspectives and most important, learnings from the events in or surrounding our own life.
