???Meditation in the park by the water the Yoga studio or pretty much anywhere else in the world other than when you're driving, flying a plane, riding a motorcycle or any other means of transportation.
My favorite and the best part about meditation it can literally be done anywhere for any length of time.
??If you think meditation needs to be done a certain way, you're probably wrong it's nice to do It in various positions in various places conducive to Peace and Serenity but honestly, you can do it anywhere. One of the best places in highly recommended by myself and numerous other therapists, is in an airplane. If you suffer from fear flying or you have anxiety around it or any kind of discomfort meditation is your best friend. Meditation will soothe your nervous system?and bring peace and harmony to your body mind and spirit.
??You can use this wonderful tool anywhere and at any time as it absolutely does not disturb anyone. In fact it will probably help to bring peace to the entire space that you are around as energy travels and expands it is best to be in a state of positive energy versus chaos. This piece of mind and energy will spread itself Easily and effortlessly.
?This is actually truly and honestly a wonderful way of spreading peace love and joy throughout the world. It is also very personal so you can choose to do it your way there isn't a right or wrong way of doing it, At least THIS is my belief.
?Take a deep breath in and now exhale, now close your eyes and take a deeper breath and exhale and inhale deeply and now exhale thoroughly. There you go -this was a meditation, a short one but nevertheless a meditation. This is how simple this is. You can meditate in any language out loud or quietly, with or without music.
?You can meditate laying down, sitting down, in the forest, on the beach, on top of a mountain, on an airplane or at the airport before you get on the airplane or both…

You can meditate anywhere at anytime. It does not need perfect conditions as it is not affected by the temperature or season. Meditation is not like swimming, you can eat and meditate right after!!
?You can have fun doing this or you can be serious, it will always be your choice! All you have to do is ALLOW what ever needs to come through you and listen. Once you hear your message it is up to you what you want to do with it!!?ENJOY!!!
