But time reveals that this cherished natural beauty, marred by human and natural forces, requires extensive restoration to regain its former glory.

It has naturally made us distraught, and a pressing need is not to engage in discussion but to put our money where our mouth is!!!? It is because deforestation, global warming, land, water, air pollution, smog, acid rain, and wildfires are wreaking havoc on the environment and happening indiscriminately. Climate change can have serious repercussions for us and our future generations. It can result in higher inflation, extreme weather conditions, the occurrence of diseases, and the jeopardizing of our existence. Scores of incidents prove that if we can join our hands together to effect change in the direction of the betterment of society, then we can create wonders.?

In that vein, Offer18 has taken several initiatives to salvage the environment from the fatal actions of humans? and revitalize it:

1) Efforts for Plantation: We have been encouraging our team to bring in small desk plants that can thrive indoors. In addition, we are also growing new plants within our office premises to create a more refreshing environment.

2) Reducing Energy Consumption: We urge our team to turn off the lights and electronics when not in use and utilize natural light whenever possible. This way, we are trying to implement power-saving measures and lowering utility bills.

3) Using more Renewable Energy Resources: To ensure a sustainable future, we champion environmentally friendly energy sources with lower maintenance costs. For this, we underscore reducing our dependence on fossil fuels and switching over to alternative modes of energy consumption. It includes harnessing solar, hydroelectric and biomass energy.

4) Reduce Waste: We are going paperless by adopting a cloud storage mechanism and working towards minimal packaging and reusable alternatives.

5) Raise Awareness Among Our Team: We are organizing workshops, and extensive training sessions, and launching internal communication campaigns to raise awareness among our team on reducing waste, conserving energy, and adopting greener commuting options. Additionally, we reward our staff members who actively volunteer in environmental initiatives.

6) Promote Environmentally Friendly Ways of Working: Remote work options, carpooling, and minimizing business travel by using video conferencing technology are not only environment-friendly ways of working, but they improve the work-life balance of our team members.

7) Move Toward Zero Waste: Even if it is the morsel of your food or your cutlery or plate to that of your water bottles, the waste is minimized by considering reusable options.
