Hello! As a final year student at ASE (Bucharest University of Economic Studies) studying Finance and Banking, I am currently working on my Bachelor's Degree. From an early age, I have been captivated by oral health and dentistry. One particular issue that has stayed with me is the prevalent fear experienced by many patients. The purpose of this form is to gain a better understanding of the challenges and fears that patients encounter during dental visits. The insights gained will also provide valuable input for our newly established business, PlayDent . Your detailed responses to each section would be greatly appreciated. This venture is a vital part of my vision to transform oral hygiene behavior and reduce the fear associated with dentistry. I have selected Brasov as our location since it ranks fourth in my country in terms of generating dentistry revenues.

This signifies a significant opportunity for improvement in terms of education and awareness regarding the importance of proper oral hygiene practices. On a positive note, medical tourism in Romania is experiencing rapid growth, offering accessible costs and excellent expertise.

I aim to comprehend the reasons behind these habits in our country, identify the gaps in our mindset, and explore the triggers that perpetuate them. From the Romanian version of the questionnaire, I have already derived numerous interesting conclusions (205, to be precise). I have personally engaged in discussions with over 250 people regarding the fear of dentists, and I am proud to say that I have made a positive impact on most of them, helping them overcome their fears. Globally, over 75% of adults share this fear, which is astonishing when considering its impact on oral health.
