Let’s Lock It In

Let’s Lock It In

Call this one a follow up from yesterdays message about ripping band aids.

You can read that one?here?if you missed it.

But if you left that thinking that maybe you should just rip that band aid straight off and get started in a routine, I thought it might help to share what my current availabilities are:

Let’s start with the group sessions.

There’s 2 options:

LILYFIELD?

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 5:40-6:40am.

Yes you may think it’s early, but the benefit of that is you’re home by 7 and ready to get into whatever your day ahead has in store.

OBSERVATORY HILL

Tuesday and Thursdays 7:15-7:45am?

Saturdays 8-9am

The most important thing to remember with any of those sessions is that you work at your pace. No matter where anyone else is at.

That way you’re not biting off more than you can initially chew and easing your way in smartly.

PERSONAL TRAINING

There’s a couple of options here.

?– It’s pretty open at the moment on Wednesday with availabilities between 8-1:30

(9:45-10:30 is currently booked but will become available just for June if anyone wants something short term.

?– And as of late May I’m going to open Mondays between 9-11 if that is something you’re interested in.

?– Saturday either 9:15 in the city or thereabouts or slightly later if you’re around the hills area.

I just need to be at my daughters netball game by 11am.

So a couple of options there, let me know if anything is of interest and we can have a chat and see what we can get happening for you.

Even via sms or email if you can’t do it on the phone for whatever reason.

just hit reply and let me know what you are looking to get out of training and whether it’s groups or 1-on-1 you’re interested in.

Obviously I can also do a small private group if you have a couple of people interested.

Hopefully this gets you thinking, but more importantly, taking action and locking something in.

Cheers,

Daniel
