Let's live the life consciously

Appo Deepo Bhava 

Buddha in his last preach said to his disciples to not follow anything blindly, not even my words until it's tested by your own consciousness. 

So beautifully Buddha described in his word about the problem of ours. 

Isn't we sometimes just follow some social old paradigm without even tested by our consciousness which said to us by society & that old paradigm still harming us?

And 

?Isn't we sometimes not trust new paradigms because of our belief given by society without even testing by our consciousness & the new paradigm may help us?
