Let's Not Let This Virus Change All!
I think this is a time for caution, and I don’t mean only about exposing yourself to the virus. In the long run, we have something to be far more concerned about, and that’s the possibility we’ll let the incursion of the federal government into our lives continue. The fed has a place, a place clearly defined in our Constitution, and since its adoption we’ve allowed it’s stated limitations to be violated time and time again. Thank God, we have a president who’s not a socialist, who’s not a one-worlder. Who believes in nationalism and the greatness of America. Who will do his very best, in my opinion, to return the country and the fed to a pre-virus status. And who now gives the states, or I should say doesn’t interfere with the states, rights, which are protected in the Constitution. Yes, this is an unusual time. The President has war powers, and it may be a stretch, but we are at war with an unseen enemy. War Powers: Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to declare war. The President, meanwhile, derives the power to direct the military after a Congressional declaration of war from Article II, Section 2, which names the President Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces. When this virus has run its course, we all need to not only be thankful, but be aware that this country didn’t become the go-to country on earth by having a dictatorial federal government. We need to quickly return to state’s rights and individual liberties. And the very nature of the deep state is to never give up power.
