Let's Learn About Insurance, First!

Let’s be honest, how much do we all really know about insurance? On average, 1 out of 4 drivers does not have insurance; meanwhile, 2 out of 4 drivers are under-insured! That means, there is a 3 out of 4 chance that you could be hit by someone who may not have any coverage or does not have enough coverage; leaving you to pick up the tab!

Now before we get lost in the weeds by asking ourselves if we are properly insured, let’s take a look at the 50% of drivers who do not have proper limits. What is the main reason why they are under-insured? Is it because they see insurance as a commodity? Is it merely based on the “price” factor? Or is it simply because no one took the time to help them learn about what insurance does and how proper limits can help PROTECT themselves, their family, and their assets?
