Let's hit Pause, Celebrate, and RESET

The newly added pressure of chasing this new goal can get pretty exhausting. But don't give up! Like the elevation on a flight of stairs, pause between periods of growth. That's how to successfully get from Point A to Point B.
In the beautifully diverse world we live in, some people thrive more with the pressures built up along growth journeys while others need to operate from a place of mental peace. Regardless of which you are, this method helps you stay sharp and energetically balanced.
When you start feeling like the overwhelm is taking over and you're "in the weeds", that's a good time to hit the Pause button on life. Having this self-compassion and discipline is necessary to maintain mental health. Nobody else can do this for you.
Allow an allotted time to cleanse your energy. For me that's in my hot bath, but for you that may be in a gym, art/music studio, nature hike, etc.
Just as a bath cleanses away grime, we're also focusing on releasing mental grime and the accumulation of stress through the sweat/art/music.
Mindfully acknowledging what wasn't working and how grateful you are to let it go shifts your energy from victim to hero. For however long until the next break.
Once we're feeling a release of overwhelm, we're going to build our forcefield to help this more comfortable energy stay longer.
Closing your eyes, curl the corners of your mouth up, focus only on your gentle slow and deep breaths.

Focus on the details of how much lighter this energy feels in your chest with gratitude. Visualize an impenetrable bubble around you that's filled with this better mood and everything that doesn't align will just slide off.
Take time to intentionally level up your wellbeing so you come out physically better as well. Here, I'm adding my Cliganic Jojoba oil that is great at naturally maintaining moisture and vitamins in all skin types. 10/10 Recommend!
Take this time to acknowledge and celebrate your wins to keep yourself balanced when putting so much focus on the challenges you have ahead.
Be mindful and intentional with how you speak to yourself. Tell yourself you've got this, BECAUSE YOU DO! Be your best cheerleader.. I don't mean toxic positivity. Simply seek to be authentically kind and encouraging.
Taking time to hit this Reset will really help you to stay strong, whether on your Resolution, healing journey, or just navigating through life.
