Let's go IPS!

Let's go IPS!

The start of 2024 brings with it the unique opportunity of launching a new, global division at IDEMIA IDEMIA Public Security (IPS), and it’s a privilege and honor to be given the opportunity to lead this exciting division, where we are world leading in our innovation and technology. IPS is comprised of our biometric core competency and our go-to-markets in Travel and Transport (T&T), Justic and Public Safety (JPS), Road Safety, and our commercial Smart Biometrics business line. The Division also includes our market-leading position in identity documents in the U.S. and our FOCI-mitigated business line IDEMIA National Security Solutions , which are both connected to our North American T&T and JPS activity through the IDEMIA North America Business Unit.

In my new role, I’m excited to lead an awesome team of 4,000 employees and I do not take this responsibility lightly. Through our world-class technology and services, we enable our customers to make a true difference in the world – to help police forces make our cities, states and countries safer, and to enable immigration authorities, airlines, or airports to more seamlessly and securely manage the flow of people.

The impact we have on the world energizes me, together with the fact that we are both growing and market-leading in everything that we do. Our biometric technology is incredibly powerful and we take that responsibility very seriously too, adopting a holistic approach to privacy, accuracy, and fairness, and integrating those principles into every product, service, and system we design.

In addition to leading the fantastic team at IPS as we deliver for our customers, I’m excited to invest in making IPS a great place to work. We will be intent on building a culture where leadership is focused on serving the people that in turn serve our customer. Ensuring the development and success of our people pays the greatest dividends for all stakeholders. ?

In my four years at IDEMIA, I’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to hold a few roles. Thank you to my former teams for all the ways you supported me and thank you to my new team for coming on this next journey with me. I’m relishing this opportunity to lead the IPS Division. Our team will make a big impact in 2024 and embrace the opportunity to show our customers, and the world, how to imagine biometrics being used for good – to truly unlock the world and make it safer!?

If you’re reading this and you’re intrigued at our mission and being a part of an exciting, dynamic work culture, I encourage you to check out our positions and join us! https://www.idemia.com/careers-idemia
