Let's Get Resourceful And Win!

I happen to come across a post yesterday that said: “The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all.”

It gave me chills because I know great things are possible during adversity. Like you, anytime I have come out on the other end from obstacles in my life, its because I did not give up and moved forward with a winning attitude. 

We don’t have to blow when a big gust of wind comes, heck we can become the wind! 

Both the Empire State Building and the Golden Gate Bridge were built during the Great Depression. Great things can be created, developed, and built even during times of great adversity.  

It is a great time to be resourceful and creative. 

My mentor Tony Robbins say “It’s not the lack of resources; it’s your lack of resourcefulness that stops you.”

When your “why” is big and you make whatever you are doing a must, it is amazing how resourceful you can get. 

Where can you add value to your clients, company, and in your community? 

What special gift do you have that would be helpful to a business that is thriving right now? 

What is working well in your company that you can double down in? 

What is not bringing a lot of value, and taking a considerable amount of time that you can remove to clear up more time for something that is working? 

Be the flower that survives in the weather. Be the wind that is strong and powerful that doesn't stop when it hits a rock. 

Let's get resourceful and win!
