Let's get to know our 2024 Summer Interns

Get to know our summer interns! We sat down with Christopher Coyne , Kevin Hudson , Katelyn Day , Laurel Brown , and Matt Fasolino Jr. to chat about the causes that sparked their passion for nonprofits and why they’re excited to work with us here at Harness.

Is there a particular nonprofit or cause that stands out to you?

Chris Coyne: A cause that I’m passionate about is helping people affected by domestic violence.

Kevin Hudson: My love for golf in high school led me to the First Tee program. Their mission is to help youth in golf, and I’m excited to join Harness to help them further succeed.

Katelyn Day: I love working with Project Downtown and Feeding Tampa Bay. I look forward to spending time with the people I’ve met there—I’m always touched by their stories.

Laurel Brown: I'm most passionate about working with foster care and animal welfare nonprofits.

Matt Fasolino: Humane societies really stand out to me because they’re helping animals get healthy and find new homes.?

What’s the number one reason why you love working at Harness?

Chris Coyne: The number one reason why I love working at Harness is the company culture and mission to help nonprofit organizations grow.

Kevin Hudson: In my time at Harness, I have really enjoyed the atmosphere and work/life balance. My?colleagues are amazing resources and I appreciate their insight when I have questions.

Katelyn Day: Honestly, when I walked into the interview and saw a beautiful office with a view of the city and a group of great people, I knew I wanted to be a part of the team! I also find the work that we do to be super impactful and it is something that I enjoy.

Laurel Brown: I love the company culture!

Matt Fasolino: I love working at Harness because I have the ability to help nonprofit organizations across the country achieve their fundraising goals and have a positive impact on their communities.
