I have been working for Harness for 8 months as a Customer Success Manager.

How many years of related industry experience do you have?

I have ten years of experience in real estate sales and property management and four years of experience in customer success working with SaaS, B2B, B2C, and startup companies.?

What content do you look to for inspiration??

My favorite books are The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale and The Power of Now and A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose by Eckhart Tolle.

Is there a specific nonprofit that stands out to you, either a Harness partner or a cause you feel passionate about?

I love working with our partner, The Boys & Girls Club, because of the meaningful difference they make in young people's lives, including mine. As a child, I was a member of my local Boys & Girls Clubs of America and I can easily say that they helped me find my voice, feel safe, and find my confidence.?

Another organization that I love and also volunteer with is American Care Centers of NY. They are dedicated to providing shelter, medical care, and adoption services for animals in New York City.

What are some of the reasons why you love working at Harness?

One of the top reasons I love working at Harness is the opportunity to collaborate with nonprofits and help them make a meaningful impact on individuals' and communities' lives.?

I also love Harness because It’s a space where collaboration and creativity are key. I find my work at Harness fulfilling because I can see the tangible difference my efforts make. Harness offers a great deal of flexibility, personal growth, and the ability to learn, which can be both professionally rewarding and personally enriching.
