Let's Fun Together!

Last week we spent two wonderful days in Civitfun . During these days, we met the whole team in order to analyze where we are, what we can improve and, of course, spend some funny days together. You should have fun when you work and we love investing in it!

The chosen destination hosting the team building was Mallorca. Our team came from different cities: among them Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Barcelona, Madrid, Rome, Bergamo and Córdoba (Argentina).

We would like to thank our client HM Hotels , Diego Buades , Pedro Noguera , Estelle Lavoine and all the employees of HM Hotel Alma Beach for the #hospitality and for all the comforts and facilities they offered us during these days.

The first day was in a magical place, in Club Náutico de Can Pastilla, where we stayed together, we did differents activities and we spent time by cooperating in different games and role plays, we had the opportunity to speak about ourself with our colleagues and about what we would like to change (our #mission!); of course we analyzed the results of this year. And it was amazing because the results are super good:

• We increased 306% of the number of the #checkins compared with last year. It proves that the check-in online and other #contactless solutions came to stay with us.
• We have far exceeded the revenue of last year. And there are still three months left!
• The number of the #hotelsandresorts that use our contactless solutions have tripled. We have been working on it for years and we are still growing at an unstoppable rhythm.
• We have increased the workforce to 25 employees and we would like to grow to 50 employees before the end of this year, so pay attention to all the job offers we are going to publish on our page.

Thank you to our advisor Claudio Bellinzona for staying with us all day. It was an honor for all the team of #CivitfunHospitality to be there with so talent, closeness, experience and human quality of Claudio. We couldn’t be better accompanied by him, and also by Fabio Zecchini and the whole team of P101 (Thank you Stefano Guidotti and Francesco Zambelli ).

Then we had lunch with paella (typical spanish!) and we had a good time on the terrace of another of our great clients: Nivia Hotel Collection by Garden Hotels chain. We had dinner, we danced, we drank and we laughed, and all that with the unbeatable and unforgettable view to the Seu (Catedral) and to the beautiful Bahía de Palma. Thank you to all the team of Hotel Nivia Born, who made us feel like home, and of course we would like to thank Esperanza Pascual Reus , Maica Galea de Haro , Annemette Sloth and Helena Guitart of Garden Hotels.

The day after, we met in a Karts Center where we were learning some skills of project management in a very entertaining and funny way. Thank you to Team Camp , David Torres Mota and Sebastián, for doing it in such a dynamic and amusing way. It was a priceless experience and we learnt at high speed.

There were incredible days! So thank you of course to Marta Pourtau González , who manage the organization of the event and who was ensuring that everyone within Civitfun was #happy! Thank you for making it real, especially from the founders ( Mariano de Oleza de Espa?a , Germán March Payeras Xavi Gómez Ortega and Massimo De Faveri )!

After the pandemic, the tourism industry is recovering and growing again. In the same way #CivitfunHospitality keeps growing. Thanks to the whole #team for the work done until now and we will keep enjoying the journey to get more #integrations and more check-ins.
