Research shows around 30% of people are depressed following the election. This is a sad fact. My alma mater Stanford University even has formal arrangements for people who are struggle with this. I have to admit that I am struggling with this to a pretty large degree. My advice: remember at least we won't have gridlock. Also, a republican Washington means the states will have more autonomy. Californians flex your state level power! North Carolinians remember we elected a democratic Governor!
I am not meaning this post to be partisan at all... It may seem that way but that is confusion. I am simply speaking to people who have been down, there is that respite. If the pain is too bad move to a state that is led by your political leanings... Take it with a grain of salt but that's my two cents!
