Let's pay it forward!

Let's pay it forward!

Ready to lend a helping hand?

If you have a good network on LinkedIn, you can use that for bettering yourself, of course, and that's what most people do (with the exception of the occasional social post that belongs on Facebook!). In the spirit of #payingitforward, I am asking you to #giveback to help great people find great jobs! You can simply like or, ideally, share this article to raise visibility for this Agilist who recently graduated from the Agile Mentoring Program (AMP). The experiment for him (and, if successful, for others, too!) consists of two parts:

  1. Identify your "Originating Intention" -- This is a sentence that succinctly captures what you are passionate about doing where you lose track of space and time when you're doing it. We are thankful to Scott Forgey for creating the most recent addition to our AMP Course Catalog, a workshop entitled "The Pathway: Breakthrough in Being Agile" that results in completing step one.
  2. With your Originating Intention in mind, create a compelling sentence or two that embodies key concepts from AMP and that will be intriguing enough to get people who have jobs to respond!

We just drafted our first post that leverages these two components and here it is!

Want a person to rock your Agile team engagement & collaboration? Contact us now to speak to Tim! #thisguyrocks #wearechangingtheworld

The last hashtag references MaxAgility's vision: "We are uncovering better ways of producing valuable, working Agile Transformations by doing it and helping others do it through the Agile Mentoring Program (AMP), a self-organizing, cell-division framework."

How about You?

Would you like to implement an AMP at your company, but don't know how to start? Do you want to find out more about Agile Transformations that work? Would you like to be mentored in whatever Agile role you are currently playing or want to play? Or, if you feel like you're a seasoned professional and really ready to take it to the next level, our newest AMP course, "The Pathway: Breakthrough in Being Agilemay be exactly what you need! Note: This is not for the faint of heart. Whatever you need, we're here to collaborate with you and determine what best fits your unique objectives ranging from improving time to market to increasing employee engagement. Come talk to us during a Meetup or feel free to schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation with us using our AI Assistant by clicking here.

Paying It Forward,
