Do you remember the time when you were frustrated because of someone else's behaviour? Wonder why do we always keep doing the same things that cause so much negativity?
Feelings of discomfort are a sign that we are moving against the path of prosperity and abundance. Ignoring our emotions because of lack of time, lack of attention and lack of action is one of the main reasons why there are so many problems.
Life always wants us to progress and move towards prosperity and abundance. According to one of the assumptions of Neuro-Linguistic Programming , we have all the resources we need to succeed but where we lack is in our resourcefulness to challenge our beliefs.
If we feel discomfort, we must ask ourselves what emotion are we feeling. We have to take charge of our lives and find time to explore the root cause. If we can stop doing what we don't want we will start feeling happy and grateful for everything we have in life. It is time to stop ignoring our emotions, start acknowledging them and work towards a life of happiness.
Let’s begin to show love, respect, faith and care to everyone around us. Let’s start understanding the reason how we can them. Let us find ways to understand our negative emotions and start building resilience, feel empowered and live a fulfilling life.
The biggest truth is that there is no one source of happiness, success and fulfilment. Everyone is unique in how they think about them however the common thing is that we can act on what makes us happy, successful and fulfilled in our own way.
