My main focus this year at Adway is to build a gender inclusive workforce with at least 50% women representation. To attract and retain women we need to have an inclusive culture and leadership!

Here are our top tips for getting this right:

?? Take an intersectional approach when examining women’s experiences in the company.

?? Fix the “broken rung” by fostering a culture where women can grow in the company.

?? Use social recruiting, data and AI technology to ensure you remove bias from your talent sourcing and close those gender pay gaps for good!
