Happy Wednesday everyone, I hope you’ve had a lovely week so far!

I can’t believe it’s February already!! I wanted to start with a reminder that we're only one month into 2024 so if you aren’t hitting goals just yet don’t be too hard on yourself. There’s still so much time!!??

Today we’re talking about content that has impact, keeping up with the marketing world and setting an intention for your week!

Today I want to talk about Clue’s content ??

Clue are committed to addressing the diagnosis gap and regularly create content that raises awareness of issues and educates their audience.

They share memes and use trends as a @ way to bring up issues and bring value to app users.

It’s lovely to see them making genuine changes and taking action that is beneficial for their target market.

Not only does the industry undergo changes literally every week, but our work can also be seen by everyone. Unlike the outcomes of a CEO's or project manager's work, a social media manager's efforts are transparent and subject to public scrutiny. Everyone seems to have an opinion about it.

It’s easy to get caught up in the web and succumb to frustration or even the well-know impostor syndrome. My best tip is actually quite simple: trust your gut! You are the expert. Instead of fixating on external opinions or factors beyond your control, focus on the metrics, learn what your audience preferences are and cater to them. Besides, you’ll be able to show analytical data that proves your point, and what feels better than that?

Social media is a dynamic field. Embrace a mindset of continuous learning to adapt to changes more effectively and keep the outside noise where it belongs.”

I love this advice, it can be so easy to compare yourself to others when you spend a lot of time online. It’s important to believe in yourself and not let those doubts control your actions ??

Today’s advice is to set an intention for your week??

This intention should be meaningful but also achievable!

For example “this week I’d like to start learning a new skill” or “this week I would like to take some time for myself to rest and relax”
