Let's create Fair Pay!

If you are passionate about creating Fair Pay at global level, it's time to join Gapsquare. We are currently looking for reward and compensation specialists and analysts as well as an employment law consultant:

Reward specialist consultant

You will get involved in a broad range of reward activities within customers, including the annual salary and bonus reviews, benchmarking, equity scheme delivery, job evaluation and coordination of employee benefits and recognition programmes.

Compensation analyst consultant

You will support companies with pay decisions, ensuring they have the relevant data and insight to create a fair pay framework and deliver it across the board.

Employment law consultant

Providing advice to customers around equal pay and reviewing practices and procedures, as well as reward and compensation to match equity strategies.

The successful candidates:

  • Are data driven with strong analytical skills
  • Ideally have experience of working in a compensation and rewards function, preferably with multi-national focus
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
