LET’S BE CRAZY…AT QBL!

Quality Beverages Limited (QBL) welcomes the “Let’s Be Crazy!” initiative, introduced by the QBL SLII Team to promote employee’s wellbeing through a good work-life balance. The initiative comprises of two crazy changes: “A no meeting day on Tuesdays” and the “Right to disconnect”.

Indeed, meetings were so regular these days that we hardly had time to sit, think and execute the best of ourselves in the day-to-day operation. Since the introduction of the new initiative, “A no meeting day on Tuesdays”, on 1st December 2022, our employees can now focus on their task without having to context switch between meetings throughout the day. This initiative will definitely contribute in increased productivity, additional time for complex tasks, a feeling of a strong sense of accomplishment, enhanced creative rhythm, and reduction of stress.

The other crazy initiative is the “Right to disconnect”. QBL strongly encourages its employees not to send or reply to e-mails after 5.30 p.m. during working days, no e-mails on non-working days and no-work related digital communication after working hours. Employees are encouraged to enjoy quality time with their family and friends after working hours!
