Let Your Light Shine
The chances of anyone being exactly like you are close to impossible. I see it all the times in workplaces, in organizations, in families, and even in government organizations of people toning down their game because they worry they may be "too much" for others or they might come across as pushy or might create conflict. They worry about these things so much that they don't do the things they would love to do.
As Marianne Williamson says in her famous speech, "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us." The truth is, we get afraid of our own light shining so strong. We know what's inside of us. Each and every single one of us has this light. If you are thinking that your light has gone dim. Well, think again. With billions upon billions of cells, hundreds of thousands of veins, eyesight, a heartbeat, a breath, you are really a living miracle. Own the power within and stop giving it to others who bring you down and even worse those who you think MIGHT bring you down.
When you let your light shine, you give others around you the power to let them shine their own light. So next time when you feel down, they will lighten you up and pick you up.
No more living life with your head down. No more waiting around thinking about what you want to do. No more doubting yourself. Just be YOU. Do YOU, Do GOOD, and the rest will fall in place.
SHINE ON!
