Let Not Your Life End Without You Trying This!

You are not just another animal like a cow or an elephant. You are a human being. Your life is precious and important. You have a purpose. You are not your knowledge or your professional or academic qualifications. Your life has a purpose and you will never live your life to the full until you connect with that purpose and live for that purpose. You were not born to merely exist but to live and to become your best possible self over time.

We live in a world where people now think that they are nothing more than their professions and their academic titles and their knowledge. A world where humans now believe that knowing is far more important than thinking; where people glorify their knowledge and pay no attention to their great power; the great power of their thinking and creativity. Most humans do not know themselves very well; they are out of touch with the most important things in their lives;

1. They are out of touch with their God-given gifts
2. Out of touch with their purpose
3. Out of tough with their personal values
4. Out of touch with their creative powers
5. Out of tough with their emotions
6. Out of touch with their thinking powers
7. Out of touch with their personal inner selves

Many people do not believe they can influence their lives and their outcomes. They believe things happen to them all by luck or fortune. They believe they will get promotion only by luck and by working hard and by gaining more and more academic qualifications and more professional qualifications. No!

Many people reach a certain level of success and get stuck at that level or start falling again. This is not always because of circumstances but because they rely on their unconscious genius or luck instead of on method or purposeful thinking and deliberate action.

Many people believe, at some unconscious level, that pursuing their greatness makes sense; but then they are not sure whether it works and also how exactly to do it. Yet all high achievers and peak performance produce the kind of performance and results that they produce because they are pursuing their greatness.

1. All great and outstanding teams are made of people are each pursuing their own greatness while pursuing team greatness.
2. There is no consistently high performance and outstanding results by any individual, team, company, organisation or economy in which individuals are not pursuing their own greatness.

It is a great pity that leaders do not get this immutable truth; this truth that they cannot expect great results from their followers when the leaders are not pursuing their own greatness and their followers are not each following their own personal greatness.

Personal mediocrity, apathy and indifference are enemies of personal greatness. What is the worst for of ignorance? Is it not self ignorance? When we do not know enough of ourselves we miss the greatest gifts of life; the gifts within us.

"Know yourself", said the great Chinese warrior Sun Tzu.

Yet we seek to know more and more of everything else outside us that ourselves.

Pursuing your greatness begins with self-knowledge. If self-knowledge a useless esoteric, elitist notion? No! There is great power that comes with self-knowledge. Enlightenment is not enlightenment until it includes self-knowledge.

Let not your life end without investing in knowing yourself. Let not your life end without you starting the journey to pursuing your greatness. You will be glad you listened and acted on it.
