Think of something that happened last week that made you happy. Any experience that puts a smile on your face and makes you feel good.
Now, think of the opposite. Think of a scenario wherein you felt annoyed or frustrated. You got really upset.
Let us start with the negative...
Why did it annoy you? Was it because your expectations were not met? Was it because of lack of communication or lack of understanding? Maybe lack of empathy?
Now, let us look at the positive...
What happened? What was the reason for the smile and happiness? Did the service exceed your expectations? Was it because you felt valued or special?
The two scenarios above both come down to one simple word... EMOTIONS.
The first case, it made you feel frustrated, annoyed, angry...
The second case, it made you feel happy, excited, loved...
We are all humans... in everything we do or say, it creates emotions in the other person or the people around us. That’s natural and expected.
The major learning here is to know that all of us, including the clients in your business, decide on… and ultimately “buy” on emotion.
We buy on emotion and justify with logic.
Now, think of this...
How can you create a positive emotion that future clients need in order to buy from you as you are wanting?
It’s this avenue that is needed to drive more pull-based marketing for you and your business. That’s how you can easily drive more referrals into your business and have more impact?
Businesses that develop great, long-term relationships with their clients all create an emotional buying response from the client and always have much greater client relations as a result.?
Every human only buys on emotion. They only become a client of ours when they resonate with our message and emotionally connect.
When we get this right, we can create a really nice positive happy experience - make fun, bring good feelings, create positive emotions, a remarkable experience, which leads to a better connection and relationship.?
