Standard composition of cow milk (second axis bench mark) is 3.50 Kg. Fat, 8.50 Kg. S.N.F. 12 Kg total milk solids (8.50/3.50=2.4285714) corresponding to 30 C.L.R.

Cross check= S.N.F= 30/4+0.2x3.50+30/100=8.50%

Now if we purchase raw milk from milk producers having only cows and make payment to him after calculating its net worth based on Fat, S.N.F. and total milk solids contents in his milk there would be no loss to the purchaser or any undue gain to the seller.

Net worth of 100 Kg. cow milk ((3.50x480= Rs 1680) + (8.50x235.29411=2000) = Rs.3680 or Rs 36.80 /Kg. milk

Now if we mix buffalo milk with cow milk 50:0:50 ratio then mixed milk composition would be??????? {(6.50+3.50)/2=5.00% and (8.84+8.50)/2=8.67% S.N.F corresponding to (29+30)/2= 29.50 C.L.R. Total milk solids in this milk would be (15.34+12.00)/2=13.67%
