Let us talk about your mental health

A couple of weeks ago, I spent the afternoon with Angela N. on the Her Story 256 show. Angela is a Journalist, Author & Mental Health activist, and the Founder of Ntamba Wellness Support. We spoke about mental health and her activism in the space. Her bravery to speak out on her own experience and go ahead to start the journey of getting better and also reaching out to support others is inspirational. May is the Mental Health Awareness Month. As we commemorate this, there is no perfect time to ask yourself some critical questions about your mental health, how you are supporting others, and generally seeking more information on Mental Health, as she says, as long as you have a brain, you are prone to mental health challenges.
