Let us talk about the principle of PCB layout

Rules to be followed in PCB design:

1. Control the direction of the routing

2. Check the open loop and closed loop of the routing

3. Control the length of the routing

4. Control the length of the routing branch

5. Corner design

6. Differential pair routing

7. Control the impedance board and routing terminal matching of the PCB conductor

8. Design ground protection routing

9. Prevent routing resonance

PCB wiring principles are as follows:

1. The wires at the input and output ends should avoid adjacent parallels, and add ground wires between wires to prevent feedback coupling.

2. The minimum width of the PCB conductor is determined by the adhesion strength and current value between the conductor and the insulating substrate.

3. The minimum spacing of the PCB conductor is determined by the insulation resistance and breakdown voltage between the wires in the worst case.

4. The bends of the PCB printed board conductors are generally arc-shaped, and large areas of copper foil are avoided as much as possible. When large areas of copper foil are required for some reasons, grid shapes are also used as much as possible.
