Let us take you to Beefinity and Viande

Western food, Eastern flavours.

Together with my friend David, I have started on a new adventure starting a new pop-up restaurant business. David and I were both born in London, but have family roots tracing back to Asia. This is the spirit of our food: We merge the best modern European techniques and produce with our childhood memories and nostalgia. Come join us at our family table and let us take you to Beefinity... and Viande!

We have our first official event at the Hammerton Brewery - it might be getting cold outside but its toasty in the brewery. They are hosting their monthly taproom opening, and Beefinity & Viande are proud to be catering the event.

MENU


MEAT

Sous Vide Beef Rib £10

Lovingly neglected for 2 days to let it infuse in its own flavours. Tender and juicy. Low and slow is the only way to go!

With Mr Long’s cabbage and jasmine rice


Confit Belly Pork £9

Another low and slow dish. Seasoned with Asian flavours, bathed in a mixture of fats and oils tender enough to cut with a fork. With its own sweet soy sauce, Mr Long’s cabbage and jasmine rice


Double Fried Wings £5/5 wings

£9/10 wings

Herb and spice infused batter… naked or saucy, delicious either way


“Could be Bulgogi” Bun £6

A pair of seared marinated beef rib and chuck patties with sliced tomato and shredded iceberg lettuce. Slathered with mayonnaise and extra bulgogi sauce in a crusty roll


GREENS

Mr Long’s Cabbage £2

My father’s secret recipe, all we can say is it contains cabbage and garlic


Zingy Simple Salad £2

Our take on a Thai staple. Fresh crisp salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and fried shallots. Tossed with lime juice, nuoc mam cham and dried shimp

Vietnamese Iced Coffee £2

A shot of coffee in condensed milk… it’s actually Sri-Lankan coffee (according to the missus)


Sambal Fish Cakes £1/each

Crispy, spicy onion sambal snacks with your choice of sauce


Probiotic Kimchi Slaw £2

Sweet, tangy, creamy and good for you?!


SWEET

Jackfruit Sago Pudding £2

A true taste of the orient. Sago with jackfruit and coconut


Apple Mint Sorbet £2

Palate cleansing sorbet with crisp refreshing diced cucumber


SAUCES

Siriracha Mayo

A creamy mayonnaise with a Siriracha punch. Great in the burger or on the wings and fishcakes


“Could be Bulgogi”

Korean inspired sauce, fruity, sweet and salty. Delicious with 48hr Beef Rib


“Almost Adobo”

Inspired by the Filipino national dish, this is salty and sour. Works really well with pork or chicken


Spicy Ketchup

Well… it’s ketchup loaded with garlic and kicked up a notch with some chilli spice


Nuoc Mam Cham

Umami laden zesty viet-thai fish sauce with a hint of chilli. The perfect accompaniment to our 48hr Beef Rib



All of the Hammerton core range beers will be available on draught alongside some of their new seasonal releases such as their new juicy XPA ‘Panama Creature’ and the latest batch of Underback their New England IPA.
