Let us introduce you to Franklin Mokgomola
TechSoft International
Our business is to accelerate yours. Powered by Tibco.
We want to introduce you to the newest member of our team Franklin Mokgomola. Franklin joins us from the MultiChoice Group, where he was also a business analyst, which is exactly what he will be doing here at TechSoft as he works with our clients to help them solve their most significant data problems. We spent a few minutes with him to learn more about the man behind the fabulous suit.
?
Tell us a little about your previous experience?
?My most recent experience has been as a human resources projects business analyst for a large entertainment group. Here I was directly involved in several roles within the business, not least of which was business analyst, project coordinator, assistant, and even admin, where I successfully assisted in deploying the projects within the department.
?One of these projects was implementing its human capital management system, where I could use my skills in human resources, business analysis, business process mapping, requirements gathering, standard operating procedure, and project administration.
?
What will you be doing at TechSoft?
?I am supporting TIBCO ESB (enterprise service bus) projects from a business analysis perspective. This will entail analysing business problems, bridging the gaps between processes, people, and technologies, and helping build seamless data exchange processes across various systems. This will apply to all customers who need this level of service and need their systems to communicate through the ESB - without any human interference.

What do you love about data?
?Businesses can use data to go back into the past and understand customer behaviour to predict the future. This also includes data's ability to help a company visualise what is happening in different areas of the business, its divisions, locations, and even systems. It’s as if data allows you to use what’s in the rear-view mirror to plan what is ahead.
?Ultimately, the fact that it delivers predictability is what makes me love data.
?
What’s the biggest needle mover tech you see today?
?It is undoubtedly automation. And the ability to ensure that you take the manual pressure off your systems and your people through automation. Automation is key to ensuring man works smarter, not harder - so we can effectively do more with less.?
