Let the sales process clear

What are the sales steps?

Contrary to what most people believe, there is no universal truth to this question.

Some companies work out the sales process with up to 9 steps, while others see only 4 steps to the same process.

The first thing you need to do is turn the sales process into something tangible for the sellers and make it clear. People need to know what to do, what are the sales procedures.

The important thing is for people to know where they are, what steps have already been taken and what are the next steps.

That's the only way sales will really happen!
