Our Buyer Rebate Program is unique to the Western Slope Real Estate market. Greyhound Real Estate makes the home buying process simple, fun, and profitable. We are happy to show you as many houses as you’d like, but we will give you some of our commission back if you help save us both time in looking at fewer homes. We look forward to assisting you!

Rebate Amounts

Your Rebate amount is based off of the number of homes we look at together.

***View only 1 Home***

When the cooperating Broker commission is 3%, you will receive a rebate of 1.5% of the final sales price of the home.

***View 2-6 Homes***

When the cooperating Broker commission is 3%, you will receive a rebate of 1% of the final sales price of the home.

***View 7-12 Homes***

When the cooperating Broker commission is 3%, you will receive a rebate of .5% of the final sales price of the home.

Whether you are upsizing, downsizing, or simply needing something different, we are experts in the negotiations of making the transaction happen seamlessly. We can coordinate both closings on the same day while allowing you additional time to move from one home to the other. All with additional savings!
